WHAT IT CONTAINS: Carrots (90%), cooking water. PREPARATION AND STORAGE: Remove the cap, heat in a bain-marie or microwave, and add to baby food. Unused portions of the jar must be resealed and stored in the refrigerator, and consumed within 24 hours.
